Troubleshooting


Problem

This technote provides steps to resolve the error []Specified version does not exist multitool: Error: Type manager failed construct_version operation[] that can occur during the import of an IBM® Rational® ClearCase MultiSite® update packet.

Symptom

During an import of a MultiSite synchronization packet, the following error message is observed:
