Error on SFTP Client GET Service with "Negative message length in SFTP protocol:[Unknown cause]"

Troubleshooting


Problem

The customer is attempting to download a file via SFTP Get in Sterling B2B Integrator. When the file is small(in the KBs) they are able to download it successfully. When the file is larger (in the Mbs) then they get the following error and the file fails to download: Negative message length in SFTP protocol:[Unknown cause]

Symptom

The error in sftp.log is:

There is no stack trace associated with the error.


PSLogger doesn't show any error.
