Troubleshooting
Problem
If the CATALINA_HOME variable is set to a previous Jazz Team Server installation directory, tomcat will fail to start.
Symptom
Tomcat fails to start with a stack trace that includes "SEVERE: Failed to initialize end point associated with ProtocolHandler" and logs in current Jazz Team Server directory are not updated.
