Troubleshooting
Problem
Submission of a job to the zCentric Agent fails with "AWKDBE009E Unable to create the connection "java.lang. UnsupportedOperationException" error message.
Symptom
Logs in the <TWS_home>\stdlist\JM directory will contain the following error:
AWKDBE009E Unable to create the connection "java.lang. UnsupportedOperationException: Java Runtime Environment (JRE) version 1.6 is not supported by this driver.
Use the sqljdbc4.jar class library, which provides support for JDBC 4.0."
