Troubleshooting
Problem
Customer is migrating from Controller 2.x to 8.x. Consultant clicks on menu item 'Maintain' - 'Special Utilities' - 'Convert', and then 'Convert Reports to new design'. User starts conversion process, but almost immediately receives an error message.
Symptom
