Problem
This technote addresses an error that is generated by IBM® Rational® ClearQuest® when hosted on an Oracle® database server.
Symptom
Users may receive the following error when executing a query, even if the query should be returning results:
The query did not return any data.
This can happen specifically when the query executed is querying against a multiline string field.
