Error: "Private key does not match the certificate public key" when accessing the Security Network Active Bypass LMI

Troubleshooting


Problem

Users might find that they receive a certificate mismatch error when attempting to access the Local Management Interface (LMI) of the Security Network Active Bypass (NAB) appliance after a firmware update.

Symptom

The following error is displayed when attempting to access the appliance LMI:

Private key does not match the certificate public key
