Problem
Unable to create fileset thru PanacesGUI on server having multiple ip address. Also it is replicating same file again & again.
Symptom
Analysis from the logs:
?Since there are many interfaces, it takes about 3 mins to find correct interface to bind. Note that further operations w.r.t the fileset will not take so long. However, the fileset creation never failed. The error seen on Panaces Workflow GUI was due to timeout (currently set to 3 mins) of create fileset operation from Server to Agent.
?Since it is not very common for fileset creation to take long time, However, engineering may increase the default value of 3 mins for future releases.
?To increase the default value of 3 mins for the timeout:
? 1. Open the file panaces.properties in $EAMSROOT/installconfig directory and edit the entry:
? panaces.acp.RpcClass1TimeoutInSecs
?2. This has a value of 180 (3 minutes) by default and this can be changed to 600 (10 minutes).
?3. Restart Panaces Server.
