Problem

This technote explains how to resolve an out of memory or disk space error, that can occur when saving a document containing IBM Rational RequisitePro requirements.

Symptom

When saving a document containing requirements you receive the Microsoft Word error message:


    "The save failed due to out of memory or disk space"

Environment

Microsoft Word 2007
and Rational RequisitePro 7.0.1

Resolving The Problem

To resolve this error:

Save your document in Rich Text Format (RTF) format, as described in technote 1131072: Methods to fix a corrupt RequisitePro document
