Error opening elist item on webclient - CCLMsg: system text='Argument value is null'



An error occurs when opening any elist node in a particular client machine, others web clients can open it without problems.

A particular user can have a cookie whose value is not being properly encoded in the generated .cogrcp file, which is XML. So when reading the file the rich client XML parser is throwing an error trying to interpret the value not properly encoded before.

Resolving The Problem

Delete all cookies, history and temporary Internet files from Internet Explorer (making sure that there is nothing left going into the folder \Documents and Settings\userID\local settings\temporary internet files).
