Troubleshooting
Problem
User launches Controller client. An error appears.
Symptom
After the user launches the Controller client, the 'Native' logon screen appears:

This is unexpected (wrong). Instead the user expects the system to use Windows Authentication (therefore single sign-on) which would therefore not show this 'Native' logon screen.
If the user types in any username/password, then the following error appears:

An error occurred while trying to access the server
