"An error occurred while trying to access the server" after logging on as user, only for some databases, caused by using a mixture of database table owners (for example 'fastnet' and 'dbo')

Troubleshooting


Problem

User launches Controller. User receives logon screen. User logs on (for example as the user 'ADM').

As soon as the user clicks OK, an error appears.
