Troubleshooting
Problem
User clicks "Define" and makes choice inside "Select dimension" (for example 'Cost Center'). User adds a new entry. User clicks save. An error appears.
Symptom
When user tries to edit (or add) a dimension code (for example a cost center), when they try to save an error is displayed:
An error occurred while saving the changes
Standard Error
Number 5
When attempting to delete a code, user gets a different error:
Cannot set column 'accesstyp'. The value violates the MaxLength limit of this column.
