Troubleshooting
Problem
When launching Cognos Configuration, a dialog box containing the error message below appears and then shuts down after clicking the OK button.
Symptom
A fatal error occurred. Unable to run the application.
An exception occurred.
java.lang.UnsatifiedLinkError:JCAM_Crypto_JNI (./libJCAM_Crypto_JNI.so: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS32)
You should re-install the software.
