Problem

Broker is rejecting messages with an error "memstat 'A' disallows updates for given attribute(s)."

Symptom

The broker is shutting down because too many messages are being rejected due to the following error.

MsgBroker ERROR MI_MemPutException: MI_ProcessorMpinetInteractionManager::_MemPut() - CMPI_IxnMemPut failed with error text 'member SRC:xxxxxxxxx, memstat 'A' disallows updates for given attribute(s).'.
