Problem
When trying to connect to a IBM® Rational® ClearQuest® database hosted on Microsoft® Access, the following error may occur:

SQLExecDirect:RETCODE=-1, State=S0002, Native Error=-1305
SQL statement="select db_locked from db_global"
[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver]The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot find the input table or query 'dbglobal'. Make sure it exists and that its name is spelled correctly.
