Error logging enabled by default in Maximo Anywhere Work Execution

Problem

After installing or upgrading to Maximo Anywhere 7.6.2.1 from a previous version error logging is enabled by default in the Work Execution application.

Symptom

Application logging is turned on by default in the Work Execution which could have a negative impact on performance. Previous versions device logging is off by default.
