Troubleshooting

Problem

Administrator launches "Controller Configuration" on Controller application server. Administrator opens "Database Connections" and chooses relevant connection. Administrator clicks 'play' button to launch "Database Conversion Utility". Administrator clicks 'Connect'. An error appears.
