Problem
This technote explains why attempts to upgrade IBM® Rational® ClearCase® to FLEXlm licensing and rolling back results in the inability to log into CCWeb or CCRC views on the Rational Web Platform (RWP) IHS server.
Symptom
While performing the Product Activation of Eclipse-based Rational Products per technote 1250404, and restoring to previous state may result in the following error accessing a web view (CCWeb or CCRC).
