Problem

Getting the error: java.io.FileNotFoundException: JAR entry CommonSchemas/FTPASI.xsd not found in WebSphere Integration Developer (WID).

Symptom

Receiving an error similar to the following in the FFDC logs:

java.io.FileNotFoundException: JAR entry CommonSchemas/FTPASI.xsd not
found in
/opt/IBM/WebSphere/ProcServer/profiles/WESBNode01/installedApps/iut3WESB
Cell01/SendServiceBulletinDataServiceMEDApp.ear/SendServiceBulletinDataS
erviceMED.jar

Cause

The FTPASI.xsd file located in the FTP adapter project cannot be found in the deployed EAR.

Resolving The Problem

To resolve this problem:

1. Create a Library project.
2. Change to Enterprise Explorer view.
3. Find 'FTPASI.xsd' in project CWYFT_FTPFile > connectorModule
4. Copy 'FTPASI.xsd' and paste it into the Library project.
5. Return to the Business Integration view.
6. Make the library project a dependency of the SCA Module.
7. Perform a clean build.
