Troubleshooting
Problem
When you run a report in IBM Jazz Reporting Service (JRS), the error 'The invalid escape character "\\" was specified in a LIKE predicate' is displayed.
Symptom
Reproduction steps:
- Create a JKE Banking CCM project. Run DCC jobs, so you have some data in the Data warehouse.
- In JRS, create a report called 'Report1'. Choose Data warehouse, JKE Banking as the project area, Work item as the artifact.
- In the 'Set Conditions' step, choose Summary. Set the condition to be "contains" with the value "_test".
- Continue until Run Report. The report runs without any error.
- Duplicate Report1 and name it Report2.
- In Report2, enable advanced query and save. Do not change anything in the query.
- Run Report2.
Report2 returns the error:
The invalid escape character "\\" was specified in a LIKE predicate.
