Troubleshooting


Problem

After entering the url to login to maximo you get "Error HTTP 500 while trying to login" instead of the login page

Symptom

<Error> <HTTP> <CSC3ASP> <MAXIMOSERVER> <ExecuteThread: '22' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default'> <<WLS Kernel>> <> <BEA-101017> <[ServletContext(id=7460712,name=maximo,context-path=/maximo)] Root cause of ServletException.
weblogic.servlet.jsp.CompilationException: Compilation of D:\bea\user_projects\domains\mydomain\.\MAXIMOSERVER\.wlnotdelete\extract\MAXIMOSERVER_maximo_maximo\jsp_servlet\_webclient\_login\__login.java failed.
