Error in Forms define: 'Attempted to read or write protected memory'

Troubleshooting


Problem

User clicks 'Maintain - Form structure - Define'. User selects a form (for example 'VL02') and clicks on the 'send to Excel' icon. Superuser makes a minor change (such as a layout change). For example, user changes the colour of a single cell. User clicks 'save' icon on the Controller menu bar. User receives error message. TIP: The error may affect only some users - other users can update forms without problems (no errors).
