Error DB2 SQL Error: SQLCODE=-614, SQLSTATE=54008 when running Migrator for PEM Install

Problem

When attempting a fresh deployment of Partner Engagement Manager with a DB2 database, this error message is generated during the Migrator step:

Resolving The Problem

Per the Documentation Page for DB2 configuration:

Database bufferpool requirements:
4K Pagesize Bufferpool
8K Pagesize Bufferpool

Database tablespace requirements:
4K Pagesize Regular Tablespace
4K Pagesize System Temporary Tablespace
8K Pagesize System Temporary Tablespace
4K Pagesize User Temporary Tablespace

The resolution is to increase the Pagesizes to 32 KB then to drop the schemas that may have been created and start the deployment from the beginning.
