Troubleshooting
Problem
Customer has a working Controller 10.1.x (e.g. 10.1 RTM) application server, which they want to upgrade to a later "Interim Fix" (IF) version of Controller (for example IF6 or whatever). Administrator launches IF setup program wizard (issetup.exe), and completes the installation wizard. After the wizard finishes, they are asked to reboot the application server. After the server has rebooted, the user launches Controller. User chooses database. User types in username (e.g. ADM) and password. User clicks OK. An error message appears.
