How do I resolve the nzbackup error, "Connector API mismatch"? 

Answer

The "Connector API mismatch" error may occur when you run the Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) 5.4 client and server with NPS. You can avoid the error by upgrading the TSM client on the Netezza host or you can upgrade NPS to the latest service pack.
