Troubleshooting


Problem

I have installed IBM SPSS Statistics 19 on Windows XP. I am unable to launch the Help Menu. It will not open from the dialog window or from the Help->Topics Menu. My version of Internet Explorer is 7.0. I get the following error page: Explanation: The Web server refused the connection. Try the following: Refresh page: Check Spelling: Access from a link: Contact website: If you are still not able to view the requested page, try contacting your administrator or Help Desk. Technical Information (for support personnel) Error Code 10061: Connection refused Background: The server you are attempting to access has refused the connection with the gateway.
