Troubleshooting
Problem
Customer is migrating from Controller 2.x to Controller 8.x or 10.x. As part of this process, the consultant clicks 'Maintain' - 'Special Utilities' - 'Convert' - 'Forms to New Design...' Consultant receives error message. Consultant clicks OK, and receives further error messages.
