Troubleshooting

Problem

In the IBM® Rational® Test RealTime™ 7.0 version you set the key ATTMODE to 0 in the Basic Settings. This setting prevents the usage of Runtime Tracing in new projects. IBM Rational Test RealTime then displays a warning. This happens, when you use this target deployment port (TDP) to create a new project and when you try to build a test node.

Symptom

IBM Rational Test RealTime does not instrument the code under test that uses Runtime Tracing. However, the user interface still tries to open a Runtime Tracing report window and generates a warning message box. To continue the execution of the test you need to click on OK.

Cannot view sequence diagram. No TSF generated.
