Problem
This technote explains how to resolve the error, "Cannot find the language DLL wl50??.dll", that might occur when using IBM® Rational® ClearQuest® client to log into a Sybase SQL Anywhere database.
Symptom
When logging into Sybase SQL Anywhere database from Rational ClearQuest client gives following error message:
Cannot find the language DLL wl50??.dll
