Error "Bad credentials" when getting access token with Guardium REST API

Troubleshooting

Problem

You have registered a client with the command "grdapi register_oauth_client" and are now sending a request for an access token using a command similar to the following:

curl -k -X POST -d 'client_id=MY_CLIENT&grant_type=password&client_secret=<client_secret>&username=admin&password=xxxxxxxxx' https://myhost.guardium.com:8443/oauth/token
You receive an error:  invalid_grant, error_description:  Bad credentials.
