Question
You login to your Windows machine as a user that belongs to the Administrator group and you want to perform some IBM MQ Administration tasks.
You open a command prompt for Windows or you start a session with the MQ Explorer, then you try to start or stop a queue manager and you get the following error message:

AMQ7077E: You are not authorized to perform the requested operation.
You see also the following error in the general MQ error log.
