Troubleshooting
Problem
When performing an action (Eg.: Running or saving a query) on IBM ClearQuest hosted on Cloud, you see the “status:403” error, like the following image:

This problem seems to affect only remote access/logins (outside Cloud platform access). If using ClearQuest directly through the Cloud Server there is no error.
