Problem
Error 1303. The installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory: C:\ProgramData\ApplicationData\SPSS. This installation cannot continue. Log on as an administrator or contact your system administrator. This problem was observed on a Model R405 by LG, and a Toshiba Laptop.
