Troubleshooting
Problem
Customer / consultant is attempting to use the usp_triggerimportbatchjobs stored procedure, in order to import data into Controller via 'staging tables'. For example, they are running the following script inside SQL: exec cognos.usp_triggerimportbatchjobs '0906PT1B01', 'SUN_UPLOAD', 'D', ' ', 'ADM', '2', '7/27/2009 5:42:40 PM' Consultant receives error message (returned by the SQL server).
