When installing ILOG Rule Execution Server for .NET I received the message "Error 1001.Input String was not in the correct format"
Answer
This is caused by inconsistent performance counter library values.
To resolve this problem you can rebuild all Performance counters using the following command:
cd \windows\system32
lodctr /R
