Data delivered to receiver? No
Theinterchange was not delivered to the intended receiver. An SE interchangetrailer segment contained an inaccurate segment count in the TransactionSet Segment Count (SE01 data element).
Correcting 0407
To correct Error 0407:
- Check the outbound file you sent to Sterling B2B CollaborationNetwork.Confirm that there are no missing segments in the appropriate transactionset.
- If the file you sent has no missing segments call Customer Serviceto verify what data was received. It is possible that data was lostduring communications.
- If necessary correct the Transaction Set Segment Count (SE01data element) so the problem will not occur in future transmissions.
- Send the interchange again.
