Theinterchange was not delivered to the intended receiver. The interchangecould not be translated for Fast Fax delivery. Fast Fax is a typeof EDI/Fax delivery. For Fast Fax the receiver ID of the data includesthe fax telephone number of the receiver.
Correcting 0229
To correct Error 0229:
- Call Customer Service and request Fast Fax translation setup.Ask Customer Service to verify that your sender ID is authorized tosend Fast Fax.
- Once Fast Fax translation is set up send the interchange againor ask Customer Service to restart the interchange through Sterling B2B CollaborationNetwork processing.
