Data delivered to receiver? No
Theinterchange was not delivered to the intended receiver. One of thefollowing occurred:
- The interchange contained both a sender ID and receiver ID thatare not specified in the Sterling B2B CollaborationNetwork customerprofiles.
- The interchange contained both a sender ID and receiver ID thatare defined on Sterling B2B CollaborationNetwork fornon-customers. However at least one trading partner must be a Sterling B2B CollaborationNetwork customer.
Correcting 0208
To correct Error 0208:
- Verify that both sender and receiver IDs are correct in the partnerprofile table of your translation software.
- If the IDs are incorrect fix the problem interchange.
- If the IDs are correct verify with your trading partner thatthe receiver ID you are using is correct. If the receiver ID is incorrectfix the problem interchange.
- Call Customer Service to verify both the sender and receiver IDsare correct in the Sterling B2B CollaborationNetwork customerprofiles.
- Send the interchange again.
