Theinterchange was not delivered to the intended receiver. One of thefollowing occurred:
  • The interchange contained both a sender ID and receiver ID thatare not specified in the Sterling B2B CollaborationNetwork customerprofiles.
  • The interchange contained both a sender ID and receiver ID thatare defined on Sterling B2B CollaborationNetwork fornon-customers. However at least one trading partner must be a Sterling B2B CollaborationNetwork customer.

Correcting 0208

To correct Error 0208:
  1. Verify that both sender and receiver IDs are correct in the partnerprofile table of your translation software.
    • If the IDs are incorrect fix the problem interchange.
    • If the IDs are correct verify with your trading partner thatthe receiver ID you are using is correct. If the receiver ID is incorrectfix the problem interchange.
  2. Call Customer Service to verify both the sender and receiver IDsare correct in the Sterling B2B CollaborationNetwork customerprofiles.
  3. Send the interchange again.
