Problem
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT when trying to access secure Maximo browser with HTTPS after setting up SSL configurations within the IBM HTTP Server.
The user is not able to receive the Maximo screen after entering secure Maximo URL as https://hostname:port/maximo on any browser.
Symptom
After entering the secure Maximo URL as https://hostname:port/maximo and hitting enter, the browser keeps on loading and spinning till it ends the connection with ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT error.
