Troubleshooting
Problem
A replicate remaining in alter mode would not allow any transactions to be applied for its table on target side. Consequently any later transactions would have to wait too because of source-commit-order rule, effectively bringing whole Enterprise Replication to a halt.
Symptom
ER send queue filling, transactions not applied on target and target tables not in sync with source tables.
At least one replicate being in Alter Mode.
