Entering or Viewing a Support Request
Before you begin
You can use Support Center to create a support requestfree of charge. You can also view any support request that you enteredduring the last 90 days.
CAUTION:
Do not use SupportCenter to report a Severity Level 1 (production down) problem. Inthis case call the toll-free number (1-877-432-4300).
Tocreate or view a support request:
Procedure
- In your Internet browser navigate tocustomer.sterlingcommerce.com andlog in.
- In the left pane under Product Supportclick Open and View Cases. Allof your open cases are displayed.
- If you want to open a new case under the Welcome messageselect Open a Case.
- Select the appropriate severity level from the list andcomplete steps as necessary.
- From the list select the appropriate product.
- In Problem Description type yourquestion or a brief description of the problem.
- Click Submit Case.
Results
If this issue is not a production-down issue CustomerSupport will contact you accordingly.
If this is a production-downissue contact Customer Support by telephone. To obtain a list ofCustomer Support telephone numbers on the Report A Case Web pageunder Severity Guidelines click Please call your customersupport group.
