Entering or Viewing a Support Request

Before you begin

You can use Support Center to create a support requestfree of charge. You can also view any support request that you enteredduring the last 90 days.

CAUTION:
Do not use SupportCenter to report a Severity Level 1 (production down) problem. Inthis case call the toll-free number (1-877-432-4300).

Tocreate or view a support request:

Procedure

  1. In your Internet browser navigate tocustomer.sterlingcommerce.com andlog in.
  2. In the left pane under Product Supportclick Open and View Cases. Allof your open cases are displayed.
  3. If you want to open a new case under the Welcome messageselect Open a Case.
  4. Select the appropriate severity level from the list andcomplete steps as necessary.
  5. From the list select the appropriate product.
  6. In Problem Description type yourquestion or a brief description of the problem.
  7. Click Submit Case.

If this issue is not a production-down issue CustomerSupport will contact you accordingly.
