Question
After the user has entered in all the appropriate information and clicks the Next button, the installer will attempt to make a connection to the WebSphere® server using the provided information. If it cannot make this connection then it will display an error stating: "ADMC0016E: Could not create SOAP Connector to connect to host localhost at port 8880"
