Summary
These instructions outline the process for enrolling an iOS device using the Apple User Enrollment feature introduced in iOS 13.
Environment
iOS/iPadOS device on iOS 13+
Managed Apple ID created in Apple Business/School Manager and added to the MaaS360 user record.
Steps
Launch Safari on the device and navigate to the organizations enrollment URL. The URL will start with https://m.dm/
Enter a username in the provided field (optional: Select ownership if prompted) and select Continue.
Select Continue on the Steps page.
Accept the MaaS360 Terms & Conditions as well as any organizational T&Cs provided. Select Continue
Follow the on screen prompts until the Profile is downloaded
Navigate to the Settings app on the device. The Profile will be in the top left, just look for Enroll In MaaS360
Ensure that the Managed Apple ID information is correct and select Enroll My *device*
Sign In with the Managed Apple ID credentials. Complete any prompts for multi-factor authentication.
Enrollment is now complete! The organization may push apps to the device. These can be installed optionally from the MaaS360 app catalog. The profile will be visible in the settings and user can remove the profile at any point by tapping Remove Management.
