Problem
After encrypting a string that contains special characters like equal character (=) or the percent character (%) using the encrypt_string.cmd script, the returned result when decrypting that previously encrypted string, using the decrypt_string.cmd is incorrect, it is missing characters.
Symptom
When you encrypt a string like test=true%test2%test3=false and try to decrypt it, the result return only test,
everything after the equal sign is missing.
Also if you try to encrypt a string like test%true%false, the return string after decryption returns only testfalse,
everything between the percent characters including the percent characters themselves is also missing.
