Problem
IBM Security Identity Manager supports several localizations and it's possible to create new ones customizing every label/message; but you have to be carefull when using special characters.
Symptom
Special characters inserted in i.e. tmsMessages*.properties file are not properly presented to users on the ISIM UI in a browser.
