Enabling tool buttons in Maximo Spatial's toolbar

Troubleshooting


Problem

After making a fresh installation of Maximo Spatial 7600, there is some UI configuration that is required to be done in order to enable the buttons in map toolbar.

Symptom

Here is how the map looks before the configuration:
