Summary
When hosted by IIS, the requests sent to the wTM application pool are handled by the w3wp.exe working process.
If constant wTM unresponsiveness is observed, it is recommended to use the Microsoft Performance Monitor to keep track of the following counters:
-Private bytes
-Working set
-Current Connections
-Current Anonymous users
-Current Non anonymous users
