Question

How to track incoming Web Service calls

Answer

1) Web Service should be created from the Enterprise Service and Message Tracking must be enabled.
2) Web Service must be using queue, either sequential or continuous.
3) If the check box “Bypass queue” is checked and grayed out, login to the database and change the value for the field ISSYNCHRONOUS in MAXWSREGISTRY table from 1 to 0
and restart the server
4) Messages will now be tracked in the Message Tracking Application
