Enabling HTTP tunneling
To enable HTTP tunneling complete the following procedure.
Procedure
- On the Windows systemrun the Lotus? Domino? Administrator.For information on running the Lotus Domino Administrator seethe Lotus Domino and Lotus Notes? information center.
- Click select default/IBM andopen the Sametime Configuration database StConfig.nsf.
- Select All-By Form and Date double-clickthe item under the CommunityConnectivity sectionof the form to edit the values.
- Change the HTTP Tunneling Port to 81.
- Change the HTTP Tunneling Host Name tothe IBM? Lotus Sametime? host name.
- Make sure Is HTTP Tunneling supported? is true.
- Open the BroadcastGateway document.
- Change the HTTP Tunneling Port to 81.
- Change the HTTP Tunneling Host Name tothe IBM Lotus Sametime host name.
- Make sure HTTP Tunneling Support is true.
- Open the MeetingServices document.
- Change the HTTP Tunneling Port to 81.
- Change the HTTP Tunneling Host Name tothe IBM Lotus Sametime host name.
- Make sure HTTP Tunneling Support Enabled is true.
- Close the tabs and save the changes.
- In Lotus Domino Administratoropen the ICP Domain - default/IBM tab thenopen the Configuration tab.
- Select the Current Server Document underthe Server twistie.
- Open the Ports tab.
- Open the Internet Ports tab.
- Open the Web tab.
- Change TCP/IP port number to 8088.
- Close the tabs and save the changes.
- Edit the /local/notesdata/sametime.ini file.
- Make sure ConfigurationPort is set to 8088 asfollows.
